Acadia Realty Trust, co-developing the retail and office components of City Point, is a fully integrated real estate investment trust (AKR:NYSE) that specializes in retail and mixed-use development and management in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest United States. Acadia has successfully developed and managed shopping centers and mixed-use properties throughout New York City , including Liberty Avenue in Ozone Park , Queens; 4055-4061 Tenth Avenue in upper Manhattan (nearing completion); Bartow Avenue, also in the Bronx; and Amboy Shopping Center in Staten Island. P/A Associates, co-developing the retail and office components of City Point, is a private real estate company involved principally in the development of commercial and industrial properties in metropolitan New York and New Jersey. Under the direction of founders Paul Slayton and Aaron Malinsky, P/A Associates has successfully developed a number of intricate projects with significant physical, land-use, assemblage, and economic challenges. P/A Associates has partnered with Acadia Realty Trust on a number of successful projects through a joint venture, most recently breaking ground on Fordham Place, a mixed-use development anchoring the transformation of the historic Fordham Road neighborhood in the Bronx.

He is a partner in Kingsbridge Development Partners who developed River Plaza, the first major private development in the Bronx in 20 years.
